I was inspired after reading the interview on Danny Gregery's site about Kate Williamson's new book on Japan. I was there in 1996, and I worked on a Japanese / English travel journal of inpiring words. Here is one of the pages:
Oh this is sooo cool....wish I did something like that while on my travels last year.....I may still do it, just to record lil' mesmerising moments,and those were plentiful.
